Fariz       : good morning

Dewi      : morning too

Fariz       : how are you ?

Dewi      : I’m fine, and you ?

Fariz       : fine, thanks

Dewi      : how about the characteristic of job in security Indonesia ?

Fariz      : in my country a job security Is less professional. How about job security  in your country

Dewi      :   I think in my country a job security is very safe and more professional

Fariz       : oh, that means Indonesia still under the other about the security

Dewi      : no problem and then how about the minimum salaries regional in Indonesia?

Fariz       : I think Indonesia regional minimum wages is still than adequate.how about the salaries minimum in your country

Dewi      : about than in my country is still relative. How the promotion job in your country

Fariz       : in my country promotion about  job is sufficiently high and how about the promotion in your country?

Dewi      :  is the  same as Indonesia

Fariz       :  oh ya, how about the fringe benefits in your country

Dewi      : in my country the benefits depending on one’s position working the official

Fariz       : oke,thanks a lot

Dewi      : yeah you’re welcome

Economic Issues in Indonesia - Who does not know that our country, Indonesia is the countries that rich? Especially rich in natural resources that are not owned by other countries. But unfortunately the utilization of natural resources of Indonesia is not maximized. Worse yet is the stranger who managed to dredge our natural wealth. That's just one example of Indonesia's economic problems that came up. Not only that, there are still some more issues that make Indonesia's economy is rather slow to develop.

Some Economic Issues in Indonesia

1. High Unemployment.
From year to year, the problem of unemployment in Indonesia is growing. There is no surefire solution to tackle the high unemployment today. Procurement jobs alone are not considered sufficient to reduce unemployment in our country.

2. High Cost of Production
It was common knowledge in the industry in our country is that in addition to the cost of production is high yet the costs should not be issued. However, because of the safety factor in our country is still very low and the inability of the government to support and protect the industrial sector, as a result there are a lot of illegal levies even recently conducted openly.

It also eventually make the cost of production is increasing. Worse yet, there is no definite solution to this problem. Even some of the industry which was considered pretty good eventually went bankrupt and prefer to turn into an importer who just simply provide warehouse and some workers have compared to setting up a new industry. This should be of particular concern the government to address these issues and other economic problems in Indonesia.

We all know that in recent years this once very widespread circulation of goods from China in our country, is not it? Well, the reason is the government's decision in the case of economic regulation that is less precise when viewed from the condition of the economies of Indonesia.

4. Material Necessity Still Rare
Scarcity of basic needs is one of the serious problems affecting the economy of Indonesia. This problem will be felt once on the eve of celebrations such as Eid, Christmas and other major holidays.

Even just because of high food prices on the market, the inflation rate was also affected. As a result of the high inflation rate in our country, it would appear the economic problems of Indonesia.

      Disini saya akan menganalisis suatu usaha dan mempersentasikannya. Usaha yang saya amati adalah jenis usaha dagang yang berfokus dalam nidang kuliner yaitu “AYAM PENYET MBAH JI” yang terbilang sukses yang mempunyai cabang 3.

Dibawah ini adalah hasil analisis saya yang mengacu kepada lingkungan sekitar tempat, peluang-peluang, ancaman, kekuatan, dan kelemahan.

Berikut rinciannya:

1.                          A. Lingkungan yang mempengaruhi

·         Lokasi dagang terdapat pada jumlah penduduk yang ramai.

·         Lalu lintas yang lumayan ramai walau bukan jalan utama

·         Mayoritas penduduk menyukai masakan berbahan ayam

B. lingkungan yang tidak mempengaruhi

·         Terdapat bengkel motor dan mobil

·         Terdapat usaha barang bekas

·         Penjualan ikan hias yang tidak mempengaruhiJ

2.                        A. Peluang-peluang usaha tersebut

·         Terdapat layanan pesan antar

·         Lahan parker yang luas

·         Harga jual yang terjangkau

·         Lalu lintas yang padat

B. Ancaman-ancaman usaha tersebut

·         Terdapat banyak saingan yang terfokus kuliner

·         Bahan makan tidak inovatif

3.                         A. Kekuatan usaha tersebut

·         Masakan yang terbilang enak

·         Harga jual yang terjangkau

·         Barang terjamin halal karna yang jual haji jos J

B. kekurangan usaha tersebut

·         Buka tidak menentu

·         Pemakaian minyak yang tidak steril (tidak pernah diganti walau sudah pekat)

·         Stok barang cepat habisJJJ
