Mr.Harris         : Goodmorning too Susan

Susan Barnes   :  I want to submit my letter out of this job

Mr.Harrist        : What ! why  do you want out of this job??

Susan Barnes   : I would like to focus more on my husband
Mr.Harrist        : what's up with your husband susan?
Susan Barnes   : My husband has been sick often because parents
Mr.Harrist        : oh, why not treat your husband to bring home your sisters.
                          I'm sorry to hear that, yeah so what I want you to keep working here?
Susan Barnes   : What if I find a guy to replace my job?
Mr.Harrist        : I do not want I want you to keep working here
Susan Barnes   : yes already then I'm going to find a replacement for my maid, why with me?
Mr.Harrist       : You have worked for me, I know your qualities, and people like you are so needed   here.
Susan Barnes   : could have been mr harrist
Mr.Harrist       : If so, what if I choose you to be my assistant, it will improve the quality as well, right?
Susan Barnes   : wooow this is serious, Mr. Harrist?
Mr.Harrist       : yes this is serious, how?

Beliau adalah salah atu pedagang ayam goreng yang yang berjualan di dekat perumahan saya. Dia mengaku bahwa  resepnya adalah resep dari sang istri. Dari situ lah muncul ide untuk membuat rumah makan yang original yaitu AYAM PENYET MBAH JI.

Dalam berjualan pun mbah mempunyai visi misi dalam berjualan, yaitu.

Visi

1.      Ingin membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi penganggguran

2.      Ingin memperluas cabang cabangnya yang sudah ada.

MISI

1.        Memberikan pelayanan yang baik

2.         Senantiasa berinovasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan untuk memaksimalkan kepuasan pelanggan

3.        menjaga cita rasa makanan yang disukai oleh konsumen

4.         meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan

5.         menjaga kebersihan tempat maupun proses pembuatan

One day, fariz and dewi met at a hotel in Surabaya. They met to discuss about the development f existing business in their countries.

Fariz       : good morning

Dewi      : morning too

Fariz       : how are you ?

Dewi      : I’m fine, and you ?

Fariz       : fine, thanks

Dewi      : how about the characteristic of job in security Indonesia ?

Fariz      : in my country a job security Is less professional. How about job security  in your country

Dewi      :   I think in my country a job security is very safe and more professional

Fariz       : oh, that means Indonesia still under the other about the security

Dewi      : no problem and then how about the minimum salaries regional in Indonesia?

Fariz       : I think Indonesia regional minimum wages is still than adequate.how about the salaries minimum in your country

Dewi      : about than in my country is still relative. How the promotion job in your country

Fariz       : in my country promotion about  job is sufficiently high and how about the promotion in your country?

Dewi      :  is the  same as Indonesia

Fariz       :  oh ya, how about the fringe benefits in your country

Dewi      : in my country the benefits depending on one’s position working the official

Fariz       : oke,thanks a lot

Dewi      : yeah you’re welcome

Economic Issues in Indonesia - Who does not know that our country, Indonesia is the countries that rich? Especially rich in natural resources that are not owned by other countries. But unfortunately the utilization of natural resources of Indonesia is not maximized. Worse yet is the stranger who managed to dredge our natural wealth. That's just one example of Indonesia's economic problems that came up. Not only that, there are still some more issues that make Indonesia's economy is rather slow to develop.

Some Economic Issues in Indonesia

1. High Unemployment.
From year to year, the problem of unemployment in Indonesia is growing. There is no surefire solution to tackle the high unemployment today. Procurement jobs alone are not considered sufficient to reduce unemployment in our country.

2. High Cost of Production
It was common knowledge in the industry in our country is that in addition to the cost of production is high yet the costs should not be issued. However, because of the safety factor in our country is still very low and the inability of the government to support and protect the industrial sector, as a result there are a lot of illegal levies even recently conducted openly.

It also eventually make the cost of production is increasing. Worse yet, there is no definite solution to this problem. Even some of the industry which was considered pretty good eventually went bankrupt and prefer to turn into an importer who just simply provide warehouse and some workers have compared to setting up a new industry. This should be of particular concern the government to address these issues and other economic problems in Indonesia.

We all know that in recent years this once very widespread circulation of goods from China in our country, is not it? Well, the reason is the government's decision in the case of economic regulation that is less precise when viewed from the condition of the economies of Indonesia.

At that time the government decided to join the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA). Finally there as we feel today. Local produce almost lost with the product from China.

4. Material Necessity Still Rare
Scarcity of basic needs is one of the serious problems affecting the economy of Indonesia. This problem will be felt once on the eve of celebrations such as Eid, Christmas and other major holidays.

Although governments sometimes do raids market to plunge immediately see the cause of the scarcity of basic necessities, but it still felt a lot of action to solve the problem of scarcity of basic necessities itself.

5. Tribes Go Banking Too High

Well, for the interest rate in Indonesia is still considered too high so it still needs more attention from the government to address this issue.

6. The value of High Inflation
In addition to bank interest rates, another thing that also affect economic conditions in a country is the inflation rate. In Indonesia, inflation assessed nearly sensitive enough. Even just because of high food prices on the market, the inflation rate was also affected. As a result of the high inflation rate in our country, it would appear the economic problems of Indonesia.
